Beer For Pitbull 2009
« on: December 13, 2009, 10:44:56 AM »
Those of us who were able to attend A Beer for Pitbull had a good time,
great food, drink & company, and a toast to absent friends...........

We came in search for Horatio Nelson himself . . . .we found the village sign,
so knew we had the right place . . . . now where's Nellie???

As it was a Sunday, we thought he might be in church,
but they said he'd gone to have a glass of ale at the local

Nellie had a nice home- 'The Manor'. They too said he was having an ale at the local

Aha! Found the pub!

Spotted the sign for the pub - so were hot on Nellie's trail . . . . .

The best sticky toffee pudding ever eaten anywhere -
worth going to the pub just for this.

A happy man. About to perform a Paul Daniel's disappearing trick,
now you see it . . . . . .

Now you don't! The proof of the pudding is in the eating,
and this is well eaten.

The winner of the Help for Heroes pledge auction -
just applying cam cream to look and feel the part,
or is he using Vick Sinex?

Ready for battle and to take on anyone . . . .

Hellfire! There's two of 'em!

Me me me! I wanna join in the fun too - got any grenades?

One feels more secure when one is wearing this,
but why are those guns so noisy, haven't you any quiet ones?

A Beer for Pitbull

The boys are back in town

Thanks to General Chaos, for the photos & captions, plus a big thanks too, for organising the HFH Auction
