how do i upload a photo

help please x i am trying to upload some pics but havent a clue how to x any advice please keep it simple for me xx many thanks x :) 
growing old is inevitable but growing up is optional x
dont let anyone live in your head rent free x
the past is another country - they do things differently there x
there are no pockets in shrouds x

tried to get the photo uploaded as per instructions but it contains a virus x my internet security wont let me go in (thank goodness, it cost me £50 last time i got a virus on the pc) x x :)

Photobucket is pretty safe to use and I've had no problems using it over the years.

it could be that that you antivirus program is being a bit overzealous?

At what point did it tell you that there was a virus?

ron x been through it all again x message .... ""the attachments upload directory is not writeable.  your attachment or avator cannot be saved" x
